Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NEXmeet (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, hosts, and guests.
2. Description of the Service
NEXmeet is a web-based video meeting platform for hosts, coaches, churches, podcasters, teams, and their guests. Features include real-time audio and video, screen sharing, recording, audio modes, and optional streaming to third-party platforms such as YouTube Live.
3. Accounts and Registration
To host meetings, manage recordings, or access paid features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Guest Access
Guests may join meetings via a room code or invitation link without creating an account. By joining as a guest, you agree to these Terms and consent to the collection of basic session information necessary to operate the meeting.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and to respect the rights and privacy of other participants. You are responsible for the content you share, including audio, video, files, and chat.
6. Acceptable Use
Use the Service for legitimate communication, collaboration, education, and broadcasting purposes. Do not interfere with the Service's operation, abuse rate limits, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate others; transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; distribute malware; or engage in fraud. Violations may result in termination without notice.
8. Meetings, Recordings, and Content
Hosts may record meetings and save them to the Session Vault. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant NEXmeet a limited license to process and store it as required to operate the Service.
9. Consent to Recording
When a meeting is being recorded, all participants will see a recording indicator. By remaining in a recorded meeting, you consent to being recorded. It is the host's responsibility to comply with applicable recording-consent laws in their jurisdiction.
10. Cloud Storage and Session Vault
Recordings stored in the Session Vault are accessible only to the host who created them, unless the host explicitly shares them. We retain recordings according to your plan and our Privacy Policy.
11. YouTube Live and Third Party Streaming
Streaming to YouTube Live or any third-party platform is performed using credentials you provide. You are responsible for complying with the third party's terms and for any content you broadcast.
12. Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices and features may change with reasonable notice.
13. Free and Paid Plans
We offer a Free plan with core features and a Standard plan that unlocks higher tier capabilities such as YouTube Live, cloud recording, HD video, and longer meeting lengths. Plan details are listed on the Pricing page and may change.
14. Cancellation
You may cancel your paid plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access to paid features until that date.
15. Refund Policy
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. We may issue refunds at our discretion in cases of billing errors or extended outages. Contact info@deanreynolds.com for refund requests.
16. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, logos, and content created by NEXmeet, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
17. User Content Ownership
You retain all rights to the audio, video, recordings, and other content you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant NEXmeet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and transmit your content solely as needed to operate the Service for you.
18. Platform License
Subject to these Terms, NEXmeet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
19. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
20. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
21. Beta Features
NEXmeet is currently in beta. Features may change, behave unexpectedly, or be removed without notice. Your feedback is welcome via the Support & Feedback page.
22. Support and Feedback
Support is provided primarily through our Support & Feedback page and via email at info@deanreynolds.com. Feedback you submit may be used to improve the Service without obligation or compensation.
23. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
24. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINGDOM VIDEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
25. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NEXmeet harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
26. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
27. Changes to the Service
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid features.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
29. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NEXmeet is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
